Dr. Chong Shu Yun Phyllis and Dr. Teoh Phaik Ju were awarded by A/Prof. Kevin Tan, Vice-Dean of Graduate Studies

Congratulations to Dr. Teoh Phaik Ju and Dr. Chong Shu Yun Phyllis, who were honoured for their research achievements at the NUS Medicine Awards 2020 Ceremony. The award ceremony recognises and celebrates the success and efforts of its employees’ outstanding commitment and contributions to research, teaching and mentorship.

In recognition of Dr. Teoh and Dr. Chong’s outstanding commitment, effectiveness, and effort to consistently nurture and support the development of their mentees, they were conferred the Outstanding Mentor Award for Research Fellows.

Dr. Teoh was also awarded second runner up for the Outstanding Research Fellows Award, which recognises the efforts and achievements of research fellows who have demonstrated excellence in research, service, mentoring and leadership.
