• Dr Touati Benoukraf will present his progress in his subproject: “Characterizing somatic variations in AML patients using short- and long-reads sequencing”.
• Dr Vladimir Angarica (DGT) will give a brief presentation titled:  “Integrative Analysis of RNA Regulation: systems biology modelling of ncRNA regulatory mechanisms in AML onset and progression“.
• RNA epigenomics core will give a brief update regarding their progress.
