CSI extends our heartiest congratulations to our Deputy Director, Prof Chng Wee Joo, who has been appointed Provost’s Chair at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS!

Prof Chng, who is also Director of the National University Cancer Institute, Singapore (NCIS), has made significant contributions towards research on hematologic malignancies such as Multiple Myeloma and Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). His research in the field of blood cancers has led to better patient outcomes and understanding of the diseases, and he has also pioneered new ways to deliver cancer treatment.

CSI celebrates Prof Chng’s leadership in research and academics, and looks forward to his continued contributions to the University.
