We’re proud to share that CSI Singapore Research Fellow, Dr. Jun Liu has been awarded the NMRC Open Fund – Young Individual Research Grant (OF-YIRG) for his project titled “Genome-Wide Antibody-Antigen Interaction Prediction Through Large Language Models.”

The project aims to develop AI-driven language models for predicting antibody-antigen interactions and to build a genome-wide interaction network with an online platform for drug discovery.
