CSI Singapore recently exhibited at the 64th ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition held in New Orleans, Louisiana, with both a showcase booth as well as student and staff presentations. Presenters from CSI included Koh Mun Yee, Kim Hyoju, Yang Chong, Noor Rashida Binte Meera Sahib, Teoh Phaik Ju, Professor Chng Wee Joo, and Dr Anand D Jeyasekharan.
With more than 18,000 members from nearly 100 countries, ASH is the world’s largest professional society serving both clinicians and scientists around the world who are working to conquer blood diseases. Attracting a wide audience of scientific researchers, clinicians, PhD students and conference delegates, the ASH annual conference served as a great avenue for CSI Singapore to raise awareness of its standing as a leading cancer research institute on the global stage and the meaningful and impactful cancer research findings it contributes to the wider scientific community.
Presenting at ASH 2022 allowed our students and staff to not only showcase their innovative and high-quality basic, translational and clinical cancer research, but also to engage in stimulating scientific discussion and forge invaluable connections for future research collaborations.
