It will consist of 1 hours of theoretical lessons and 3 hours of practical exercises. \nParticipants will gain practical experience and skills to be able to: \n\nAlign RNA-seq data to a reference genome\nEstimate known gene and transcript expression\nPerform differential expression analysis\nVisualize and summarize the output of RNA-seq analyses
